Design of a two building residential and retail complex whose design is compatible with the architectural character of the existing historic Mill District. The buildings have 24,000 square feet of retail at the street level with 64 residential units accommodated on two levels in one building and three levels in the other.

Design of a 67,000 square foot office/retail building along a prominent retail street. The building exterior utilizes layers of polished and honed granite to form a base for the articulated brick upper stories. The curved facade was designed to compliment the site configuration.

The 125000 square foot office building has 25,000 square foot of retail space at street level. The buildings, while appearing as one structure, will actually be two separate buildings. One building will be occupied by New Jersey state offices and the other will be speculative office space.

Atelier developed a design for the client that would update the space and create a modern, residential environment. Scope of work includes design development, construction documents, and construction administration.

Karios House is a pro bono project that included the design of a 25,000 square foot renovation. The facility is used as public housing for recovering alcoholics and drug abuse victims. The space was updated with current ADA requirements and an elevator was also included within the space. The building contains a lobby, efficiency, and one and two bedroom apartment units.

Marion Street Apartments is a historic renovation project. 20,000 square foot industrial building was converted to a 24-unit apartment building. The project includes the design of moderate-income housing. The scope of work included design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
