$1 million dollar renovation and alteration of a 68,000 SF existing cafeteria in to a hip new fast food restaurant styled eatery at Howard University.  Modern use of colors and materials with accented lighting, give a vibrant look and feel to the space.

Smart Class Room Building Renovation

Technical classroom designed to accommodate growing need for student interest in technology. Classroom accommodated 30 students, and it also included an area for interactive correspondence between student and teacher. The design concept emphasized independent learning.

Village C West - Student Lounge
Washington, DC

Design of a student lounge space within a dormitory at Georgetown Universities' main campus in Washington, DC. The space was converted from a multi-purpose room to a fully functioning student lounge that included entertainment and a lounge area. The space was designed to provide a recreation space for students that live within the dormitory. The design concept was to provide a space that was youthful and exciting yet comfortable.

Design of an office space at Georgetown Universities' main campus in Washington, DC. The goal was to update the Registrars office within White Gravenor building. The client desired the office to be consistent with the spirit of the university. Organization and efficiency were included in the design goals of the space.

Intercultural Center- Career Center

Conversion of an Audio Visual area to a career center for the School of Foreign Service. The design concept focused on a user-friendly environment. Design allowed for an office that is easily accessible to students and on-campus recruiters.

Toilet Room Renovation
Washington, DC

Upgrade of existing toilet rooms for the University of the District of Columbia. Toilet rooms were redesigned to meet ADA codes and finishes were upgraded to Grade "A" Finishes. Total renovation included 96Toilet rooms. Natural stone was selected for flooring and wainscot. Predominate colors included beige and gold with Burgundy accents. The burgundy stone occurs at the floor, countertop and as a chair rail on the wall above the beige wainscot. The layout included ceiling mounted stainless steel toilet partitions and fixtures with automatic sensors. Clients were presented with a computer generated rendering of the space.
