Design of a 26,000 square foot offices for USTA headquarters in the Westory Building in Downtown Washington DC.  The design is a study in contrasts:  Between traditional closed administrative offices and dynamic open plan workspaces- and between traditional materials usually found in a Washington DC lobbying office and elements ordinarily found in a more bare boned contemporary setting.

TIAA/CREF's new 23,000 square foot offices located in the Evening Star building in downtown Washington DC. overlooking Pennsylvania Avenue.  One of 20 local field offices serving TIAA/CREF policy holders.

Design of a new 40,000 square feet offices for an international development consulting firm on the first and second floor of One Thomas Circle.  The design of the offices is understated, using soft colors accented by maple millwork in key areas.

Design of DCMC as a highly visible, dynamic space that reflected the organizations misssion to promote, attract, and retain business opportunities for the DIstrict of Columbia.  The new offices had double height ceilings extending around the two exterior sides of their suite with a small interior mezzanine level.
